At Tile Abode Ltd., we aim to provide a transparent and reliable delivery service for all our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery only to select postcodes near Rochdale, UK.
⚠️ Important: Customers must confirm delivery eligibility before placing an order. If an order is placed outside our delivery zone without prior confirmation, it will be cancelled and fully refunded within 7 days.

2. Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Available to ground floor only.
Handled either by Tile Abode Ltd. transport team or a trusted third-party courier.
Suitable for most product types.
Standard Exclusive Delivery
For deliveries requiring access above ground level, customers must select this enhanced service.
⚠️ Note: Tile Abode Ltd. does not provide delivery above ground level by default.
Customers are responsible for managing access for upper-floor deliveries unless arranged in advance.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination postcode.
Final delivery fees will be shown at checkout.
Large, heavy, or fragile items (e.g., tiles, baths) may incur additional shipping costs.
4. Delivery Times
Most in-stock items are delivered within 3–10 working days.
Custom-made or special-order items may have longer lead times, which will be communicated at checkout or after placing the order.
5. Delivery Scheduling & Rescheduling
You will be contacted to confirm your delivery date and time slot once your order is ready.
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or amend delivery arrangements.
Failed or cancelled deliveries upon arrival may incur additional charges.
6. Receiving Your Delivery
All deliveries are kerbside or to the ground floor only, unless otherwise arranged.
Inspect all items upon delivery. Damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details).
If no one is available to receive the order, redelivery fees may apply.
7. Important Notes
Please check delivery access, especially for larger items. It is your responsibility to ensure products can be safely delivered to your location.
Tile Abode Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by inaccurate delivery information, inaccessible premises, or refused deliveries without valid reason.
